A Simple Plan That Rewards Production, Leadership, and Growth

At UHome, we believe in transparency and simplicity. Our compensation model is
straightforward — designed to reward production while also providing long-term growth
opportunities for those who help expand the UHome family.

●​$995 Company Transaction Fee​
On each closed loan, UHome deducts a flat $995 company transaction fee from the
Loan Officer’s commission payout. This fee helps cover company operations,
compliance, and access to our technology systems.

●​$495 Recruiting Revenue Share​
Licensed Loan Officers who recruit other Loan Officers to UHome are eligible to earn a
$495 revenue share on every closed loan their recruited LO completes. This payment
comes from UHome’s company revenue​, not from the borrower or loan proceeds. It’s designed to reward leadership, teamwork, and company growth — creating an additional income stream for those who help build the organization.

Examples: Example 1: You recruit 1 Loan Officer who closes 10 loans per month → $495 ×
10 = $4,950/month​ in revenue share.

Example 2: You recruit 10 Loan Officers who each close 1 loan per month → $495 × 10 = $4,950/month in revenue share. Either way, your leadership helps you earn beyond your personal production.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re currently seeking Loan Officers licensed in Georgia who have closed at least one loan and are ready to grow in a supportive, opportunity-rich environment. This is a remote role, but we prefer Loan Officers who live in Georgia and understand the local market.
